The old face-popping-robot-in-domestic-dispute-with-boyfriend picture. Why not? I’ve got more greys now, so trying to make the use of ‘colour’ a bit more subtle, and quite pleased with perspective between head and face.

So I used to be obsessed with eyes, now everything starts with a mouth. And then a carnival of weird creatures crawling out of it. I find it quite a nice framing device.

Was struck by the incredible seriousness of the question, and the casual way the commitment is often made. Trying to combine different drawing styles for character.

Yeah so not using the greys and getting into less regimented cross-hatch looks good here I think. The shading might not work on something that’s meant to be pretty, but it suits this bastard.
